Crafting Your Strategic Programme:

Upon accepting the recommendation, our team immediately begins designing your bespoke path to mastery and confidence. We trust in the rigour of our systems to set you up for success.

• Custom Programme Design:

We use the data from your assessment to tailor a curriculum that specifically targets your linguistic gaps and high-priority professional scenarios.

• Dedicated Coach Assignment:

You will be formally assigned to your specialist coach:

Either Mrs. Nona for foundational fluency and technique, or Mr. Russ for C1/C2 executive strategy and accountability.
 

• Fee Structure Confirmation:

We provide a transparent, fixed fee structure and all necessary enrolment documentation, including payment options and scheduling policies.

Your first session is a Deep-Dive Strategy Meeting. You and your coach will align on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and solidify the action plan for your first month of coaching.
